The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. Dallas Ballard, an 11-year-old male, was last seen on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9:00 p.m., on the 19XX block of 72nd Avenue.
His height is 5’0″, and he weighs 190 lbs. He likes to frequent Finley Park, Waterview Recreation Center, and Wagner Park.
