The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Eloquence Jordan. Eloquence was last seen April 30, 2026, at 4:00 pm, on the 31xx block of Grant Ave.
Eloquence is 16 years-of-age, 5’5”, 170lbs, braided black hair with blond highlights, and was last seen wearing mint green sweat suit, black sneakers and black bookbag.
