The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Lwe Kpaw Soe. The 14-year-old male was last seen on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., on the 6XX block of Fitzgerald Street.
His height is 5 feet 6 inches, weighs 160 lbs., thin build, black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black jersey, black pants, and white/black shoes.
