The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Edmund Colwell. Edmund was last seen May 10, 2026, in the area of the Frankford Terminal.
Edmund is 66 years-of-age, 6’1”, 160 lbs, wearing baggy blue jeans, gray hoodie and light color shoes.
