The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 23-year-old Julianna Mishoe, who has been reported missing from North Philadelphia.

According to investigators, Julianna was last seen at her home on the 21xx block of North 32nd Street on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at approximately 11:17 p.m.
