The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Alvin Scott. Alvin was last heard from via text on March 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM, and was last seen in person in 2012 on the 15xx block of West Butler Street.

Alvin is 62 years-of-age, 6’0”, 200 lbs.
