Missing Juvenile Jeffrey Callands from the 14th District

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is requesting the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old Jeffrey Callands, who has been missing since Thursday night. The teenager was last seen leaving his residence on the 500 block of East Queen Lane at approximately 8:00 p.m. on April 9, 2026.

Authorities describe him as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds with a very thin build and low-cut hair. He was last seen wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, orange and black sneakers, and either blue or tan pants. Investigators noted Jeffrey has a tattoo on his upper left arm that reads “Domonique.”

Police believe the youth may be frequenting the area near the Pickett School at 5700 Wayne Avenue or the corridor of Chelten Avenue between Wayne Avenue and Baynton Street.

Officials are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or to call 911.
