The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Destiny Obilo. Destiny was last seen May 19, 2026, at 12:18pm, on the 46xx block of Higbee Street.
Destiny is 17 years-of-age, 5’6″, 160 lbs, black hair, hazel eyes, wearing a black shirt, animal print pants, and black Crocs.
