The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Armani Davis-Carter. The 14-year-old female was last seen on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., on the 15XX block of Arch Street.
Her height is 5’4″, she weighs 115 lbs., has brown eyes, and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black Muslim garment and black sneakers.
