The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person, Tommy Em. The 35-year-old male was last seen on Friday, March 6, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., in the 16XX block of South Orkney Street.
His height is 5’9″, and he weighs 145 lbs. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white t-shirt, black sweatpants, and possibly black coat. He may frequent the area of 13th and Chestnut Street.
