The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Omari Manson- Brown. Omari was last seen Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:45pm, on the 59xx block of N. Camac St.
Omari is 16 years-of-age, 5’6”, 130lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, dark brown complexion, last seen wearing black sweatpants, and a navy blue zip up windbreaker.
