New low-resolution satellite imagery has exposed the aftermath of a sustained air campaign targeting the Shokuhiye Industrial City, a critical manufacturing hub located near Qom. Intelligence analysts confirm that between March 6 and March 17, a series of eight coordinated airstrikes systematically dismantled facilities suspected of housing IRGC-linked dual-use technology and drone component assembly lines.
The imagery reveals significant structural collapses and scorch patterns across eight distinct sites within the zone. Despite the lower fidelity of the initial captures, the “detonation centroids” indicate a high degree of precision, likely utilizing Small Diameter Bombs (SDBs) to minimize collateral damage to surrounding civilian-operated factories.

Target Analysis: March 6–17
- Electronics Manufacturing: Two facilities believed to be producing guidance systems for loitering munitions.
- Chemical Storage: A major warehouse seen with extensive roof damage and chemical retardant staining.
- Logistics Hubs: Three distribution centers used for the “dark transit” of military hardware to the Southern Front.
- Research Labs: Two specialized workshops identified by Western intelligence as rapid-prototyping sites for new AI-driven UAVs.
While the Iranian Ministry of Industry claimed the sites were “purely civilian food processing plants,” the secondary explosions caught on ground-level social media footage suggest the presence of high-grade volatile materials and munitions.
