The Philadelphia Police Department has launched a public appeal to locate several individuals wanted in connection with a Tuesday evening shooting that 20-year-old woman dead and two others wounded.
Authorities have identified two of the four suspects as Mustafa King, 26, and Zarie Manning, 21. Both men are wanted for the homicide of Imani Ringgold, who was killed on the 5900 block of Market Street on April 7. Two additional individuals were injured in the gunfire but survived.

In addition to King and Manning, investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying two other unidentified individuals believed to be connected to the incident. Photos of King, Manning, and the two unidentified parties are being distributed alongside this release to assist in their apprehension.

The investigation has determined that Ringgold was an innocent bystander who was not the intended target of the shooting. According to investigators, Ringgold had just purchased lunch and was traveling to her place of employment when she inadvertently encountered the incident as it unfolded. Police stated that, due to the timing and her proximity to the scene, it is likely she was mistaken for an individual within the intended group.
The department is also seeking information regarding a second vehicle associated with the offenders.
