Missing Juvenile Ivanna Dekeyser from the 15th District

The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating 12-year-old Ivanna Dekeyser, who was reported missing Friday afternoon from the Frankford section of the city. Dekeyser was last seen at approximately 1:00 PM on May 1, 2026, at her residence on the 5200 block of Glenloch Street. According to reports, she informed her mother that she was heading to a local park and intended to return home by 1:30 PM. She failed to return as planned and has not been heard from since. Investigators noted that Dekeyser is familiar with the city’s public transportation system. She is known to frequent the area surrounding the 2000 block of Pickwick Street.

Dekeyser is described as 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. She has a medium build, brown eyes, and brown hair with blonde highlights.
