Missing Juvenile Adam Lugo from the 15th District Has Been Located

The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Adam Lugo. The 14-year-old male was last seen on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., on the 54XX block of Rutland Street.

His height is 5’9″, and he weighs 127 lbs., with gray eyes and blonde hair.  At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black puffy coat, a black hooded sweatshirt,  black pants, and black sneakers. He likes to frequent the area. Bridge and Pratt Street, Wissinoming Park, and travels via Septa to the South Philadelphia area.
