The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old missing juvenile Monroe Bell. Monroe was last seen at her residence on the 5600 block of Malcolm Street.
She is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 95 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a pink hoodie and purple pants.
Anyone with any information regarding Monroe Bell’s whereabouts is urgently asked to contact the South Detectives Division at 215-686-3183 or immediately dial 911.
