Authorities in Philadelphia are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old who went missing Friday afternoon after leaving his elementary school in the city’s Northeast section. Jayden Tucker, who lives on the 4000 block of Unruh Avenue, was last seen around 2:00 p.m. on April 10, 2026, as he departed from Hamilton Disston Elementary School, located on the 6800 block of Cottage Street.
Police officials describe him as being 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has a thin build, brown eyes, and black hair. At the time of his disappearance, the teenager was wearing a white t-shirt, black sweatpants, and a black windbreaker.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen him or who has information regarding his current whereabouts to contact the Northeast Detective Division directly at 215-686-3153 or call 911.
