UK ‘Rape Gang Inquiry’ Presentation Goes Viral As Survivors Reveal Harrowing Abuse

LONDON (LifeSiteNews) — United Kingdom MP Rupert Lowe of Great Yarmouth delivered a powerful address on Monday in a Westminster Hall debate on child sexual offender data that was triggered by a petition signed by 260,974 British citizens.

During the debate, the leader of the new Restore Britain political party read harrowing excerpts from survivor testimonies gathered during his crowdfunded independent Rape Gang Inquiry.

Clips of the speech have spread rapidly online, amassing significant views on platforms like YouTube, X and other social media.

Lowe launched this non-statutory inquiry in 2025 after raising over £600,000 through crowdfunding. It focused on organized grooming gangs, building on official reports such as the 2014 Jay Report on Rotherham that documented around 1,400 victims — mostly white British girls — abused by groups predominantly of Pakistani heritage. Authorities often failed to intervene due to fears of accusations of racism or damaging community relations.

Hearings took place over two weeks in early 2026, collecting direct accounts from survivors. The inquiry lacked subpoena powers but aimed to amplify victim voices, support potential private prosecutions, and pressure for broader accountability. Lowe asserted this effort was necessary due to successive governments having delayed or under-delivered on promises for full rape gang inquiries.

Lowe began by thanking “the 260,974 British men and women who signed the petition,” which triggered the parliamentary debate under the UK’s e-petition system.

He also welcomed the ‘brave survivors” of the gang rape assaults who were present and who had presumably testified for the inquiry.

“This debate is about them,” Lowe stressed. “I want the world to hear what we heard during the two weeks of our independent rape gang inquiry hearings. An inquiry that should never have needed to happen. I sincerely urge this Parliament to listen … and to act. To finally act.”

He then shared graphic testimonies, including:

“He took his pants down, penetrated me … He picked up the bottle of Jack Daniels … and he forced it up inside me. He broke the glass while he was there. At that point, I was about 12, nearly 13.”
“I was held down by the men as they each took turns to orally and vaginally rape me … When the assault ended, the men hit me repeatedly, threatened to find me, kill me … ”
“Comments were constantly made suggesting that white girls, the Christian girls, were viewed as having fewer morals or lower values, whereas Muslim girls were described by some of the men as having dignity and higher moral standing. These comparisons were used to justify the way I was treated and to further humiliate and control me.”
“It started when I was 13. I was raped by probably about six or seven hundred different men over three years.”
Accounts also included racial/religious taunts (“Where is your God now?”), institutional failures (police, hospitals, care homes), pregnancies, dogs used in assaults, and babies harmed.

“I could continue for hours,” Lowe concluded. “All of us in this building have a responsibility to finally act. Not to talk, but to act. Our Rape Gang Inquiry report will be released in the coming days. It will change Britain for good.”

Petition calls for documentation of perpetrators’ nationality, ethnicity, religion and immigration status

The petition that initiated the debate calls for legislation requiring law enforcement agencies to “collect, record and publish the nationality, ethnicity, immigration status and religion of child sexual offenders, including gang-based crime.”

It affirms this data would protect children and inform public policy and “allow for better understanding of offender demographics, ensure transparency, and support targeted safeguarding strategies.” The petition also warns that without such information “critical patterns may be missed, weakening efforts to prevent abuse and protect vulnerable children.”

Bishop Schneider: Mass immigration an ‘orchestrated’ attack on Christian Europe

These efforts happen in a background of widespread warnings over many years that Christian Europe is intentionally under siege utilizing a wide variety of means.

For example, last August, Bishop Marian Eleganti told LifeSiteNews that the Christian West was eradicating itself through abortion, low birth rates, and mass migration.

“We have a reproduction rate of 1.2 everywhere in every country, give or take a few,” the former auxiliary bishop of the Swiss diocese of Chur said, referring to the low birth rates in Europe.

“It’s inevitable that we will cease to exist in two or three generations,” he said, warning that mass immigration “will destroy culture, traditional culture, and above all, for us, the Christian values that have contributed so much to humanizing societies.”

And referring to increased vandalism against churches and violent attacks on the continent largely perpetrated by illegal Muslim immigrants, the bishop emphasized that “nothing better will come of it if we set fire to churches and knock over saints and defile them with paint and so on. Nothing better will come of it.”

Such warnings have also been issued by Bishop Athanasius Schneider throughout the years.

In 2018, the auxiliary bishop of Kazakhstan said that “the phenomenon of so-called ‘immigration’ represents an orchestrated and long-prepared plan by international powers to radically change the Christian and national identities of the European peoples.”

The Church, he said, is being exploited.

“These powers use the Church’s enormous moral potential and her structures to more effectively achieve their anti-Christian and anti-European goal,” he stated. “To this end, they are abusing the true concept of humanism and even the Christian commandment of charity.”

‘Remigration’ the only solution

In response to the ongoing tensions, Elon Musk called last September for “remigration” as a solution to the UK’s migrant crisis, stating earlier that Europe will “die out” if birth rates do not increase.

“Remigration” is a term popularized by patriotic organizations around Europe that advocate for deporting migrants back to their home countries, a concept deemed “far-right” by the mainstream media.

These organizations also argue that globalist elites are deliberately using mass migration in conjunction with low birth rates to replace native European Christian populations with foreigners.

In an effort to concretely address these growing concerns, Lowe launched his Restore Britain political party in February, emphasizing a Christian and civilizationally restorative political stance, including support for mass deportations of illegal immigrants.

The day after the launch, Lowe stated on X: “Britain is a Christian country, and under a Restore Britain government – it will remain a Christian country.”
